worn furniture substandard insulation
The room i had was hardly excellent. the furniture was quite worn, and the general upkeep seemed lacking. the bathroom was particularly disappointing. The shower grout was stained, and the sink had a noticeable crack. furthermore, the noise insulation was substandard. I was constantly disturbed by sounds from adjacent rooms and the hallway. this affected my ability to relax properly.

a decent stay overall
good variety friendly staff dated rooms dirty floors
the hotel offered a good variety of food. i especially liked the coffee bar. the staff were generally friendly. the air conditioning in my room worked well.
the rooms was somewhat dated. the floors needed a more thorough cleaning. there was noticeable dust.

spacious room daily housekeeping slow lift repetitive food
our room was super spacious with lots of closet space, and the beds reminded me of sleeping on clouds. the housekeeping staff came daily and kept everything super clean plus they changed our towels every day. what a treat!
the lifts were a bit of a nightmare. they were so slow and tiny! it was like a total free-for-all trying to squeeze in during peak times. and the food? it was ok, but nothing to write home about! it got pretty repetitive after a few days, i'd say.

inconsistent cleaning hallway noise
I found the room cleaning quite inconsistent. Some days it was thorough, other days it felt rushed. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. i could often hear noise from the hallway, it interrupted my sleep some nights. the noise from the hallway was bad, inconsistent room cleaning

slow lifts repetitive food
The lifts were awful. they were super slow and could barely fit two people with luggage! we ended up using the stairs most of the time, which wasn't ideal. also, the food was very repetitive. It reminded me of i was eating the same thing every day. the variety wasn't great. the food also didn't seem to be warm enough.

lovely stay!!!
helpful staff friendly staff food selection
i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the selection of food was amazing!!! we even received a room upgrade which was a bonus. i especially enjoyed the great views.
the air conditioning turned off quite often during the night. it kept reverting to normal temperature. i hope this can be addressed soon.

the hotel is close to the center. the beach bar is also very convenient. it is a wonderful spot to relax and have fun, and it is a great value for money.

the room included clean towels and smelled wonderfully fresh everyday. the room service was excellent. i found the rooms lovely, and they were cleaned every day. it was a wonderful stay.
